Home Description

The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 1500 square feet. There are 6 beds, the master has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has full over full bunk beds and bedroom 4 has twin over twin bunk beds. All four bedrooms have AC mini split systems that can be individually controlled, together they cool the whole house. Ceiling fans throughout the home.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking: crockpot, toaster oven, microwave, mixer, rice cooker, blender food processor, coffee maker, pots, pans etc... There is also an outside propane grill. There are two Roku televisions, 65 inch in the living room and a 42 inch in the master bedroom. Both with local cable and streaming. Wi-Fi is included provided by Spectrum. Full size washer and dryer on property and free to guests. Some beach gear is provided: towels, chairs, sand toys, umbrella, some boogie boards, and a wagon. All linens for beds and baths towels included.

The Area

Paradise on the Hill is in Kailua on Kalaheo Hillside on a nice quiet street. The home backs the hillside, there are no home backing this home. This is a fully renovated property that is open concept design to maximize space. The property has a large back yard. The home is a 15-minute walk to the beach (.8 miles). It’s a thirty-minute drive to most major locations in Honolulu.

Guest Access

There is an owner's/Manger's closet that is to remain locked. There may be a car parked on site. If the car is not there when you arrive it won’t be there for your stay. There are two covered parking spots available for guests, unless I have my car there, then there is one covered parking space. There are 2 additional spots on the driveway and ample street parking. The rest of the house is yours....

The home has a keyless entry. A code will be sent to you 48 hours before your arrival. 

Check in is 3pm. Check out is noon. If you need an early/late check in/out, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

When checking out, if possible, please put all used linens in laundry baskets to be washed. Food trash in outside garbage cans.

Rules

1.No third-party booking. If you book the property, you must stay onsite for the full reservation time. 

2. No Pets.

3. No more than 8 people can stay on the property. Exceptions can be made
through the management.

4. No Parties. No gatherings, parties, or events.
5. No smoking/vaping of any kind on the property.
6. Please realize you’re in a quiet residential neighborhood and respect our
neighbors.
7. No loud music at any hour. It is fine to have music on, but it should not be
heard by any neighbors.
